Nick Black started in the Oil and Gas industry in 2014.  Worked for nearly all energy companies in the Bakken.  Became a direct report in 2016 under ALS (Artificial Lift Sytems).  Developed an ESP program with others for XTO Energy and slowly started growing the business as time went on. Developed a team of not only highly experienced personnel, but also a group of people with safety and work ethic above others in our field.  Joyce Black has always been the captain of this ship.  She has always been the welcoming phone call and moral builder as we have grown through the years.  We consider our team a family and pride ourselves on our involvement in our community and with our team.
